I bought a tripple bunk bed for the kids.I was pleased with the product.Very good quality for the price.Was not very easy to assemble and took longer than expected but once assembled,we loved it
The memory form mattresses are great and comfortable too.
The delivery guys were nice and very helpfull.
Overall I was impressed by the whole service.

Needed a high sleeper but for a room with low ceiling height. The room under and above just right for 2.2 m. The selves take on a lot, storage + display. Was positively that it came together fairly quickly.

Bought an ottoman bed for £340 and when it arrived, it wasn't the colour I expected. I communicated this with Bed Kingdom and was told that I'd be required to pay £120 for a 'collection fee'. How is this a reasonable collection fee?? That's more than a third of the price of the bed! HOW RIDICULOUS!!!
I've never experienced such a farcical customer experience, during my many years of online purchases. I will never take my custom to Bed Kingdom again!!!

Great bed. Such quick delivery and really good quality for the price. My son loves it and the mattresses are great, even we can sleep on them and they are both so comfy.

We had no problems with ordering the ottoman bed frame- it was a good price and delivered on time.

disappointed with product! Peeling around the edge of the sideboard. I will not be purchasing any products from bed kingdom in the future. really not happy.

I love the bed I ordered, it came quickly and didn’t take long to assemble. My children love their triple bunk.

My son absolutely loves his police car bed! We love it too! Really well made and husband said it was easy enough to assemble!

The bed looks amazing and my little girl loves it.

The instructions were hiddeous as nothing is marked so looking for the right piece of wood was time consuming..

All pieces were there though and wood is decent. I'm glad I brought it

Beds are flimsy for price I paid. The grey bunk beds you only have to blow on them and they mark. Very poor and there’s not enough bolts to complete them so I have a couple of loose panels

Can’t fault the company, however, the quality of the bed we bought wasn’t as expected. This bed is great and looks lovely, however, we’re really disappointed with the quality. Due to incorrect drill holes a massive piece of wood snapped off when putting together, and two other sections of wood cracked as soon as the screw was tightened.

Still waiting for delivery , 6 weeks , no emails to say why !

Don’t waste your money beds don’t got together holes are all blocked with paint and none of the screw holes line up waited a month for delivery for a bunk bed we can’t use ??
